ASTRO IS A SPECIAL DOG
Astro is The Original Yorkie with amazing healing powers.
Has the power to look into your eyes and bring an instant smile across your face.
Leaps tall buildings (more or less).
Flies through the astral plane every night.
He is a born entertainer; keenly aware of his audience and responds in kind. He particularly enjoys applause and laughter.
ASTRO IS A VERY SMART DOG
Astro could heel at 14 weeks old.
Astro instinctively heels with anyone who walks him.
Bark Busters says “Astro may be the smartest dog I have ever trained.”
Astro picks up new tricks within 5–10 minutes and retains them.
He knows math.
Graduated at the top of his set training class and became known as “Astro the Rock Star.”
He works with hand signals only for most tricks.
ASTRO IS VERY SOCIAL
Astro gets along well with everyone and has been called “an exceptionally happy dog with a charming, magnetic face that draws you in and keeps you captivated.”
Plays with any animal or human that will play with him.
Astro is not intimidated by large dogs, cats, goats, horses, or unicorns (although sometimes one of his cat siblings gives him a run for his money).
ASTRO HAS NO ISSUES
DAILY play and training sessions consistently hone his social and cognitive skills.
One or both of his owners is available 24/7 to attend to his needs and to develop his acting career.
ASTRO PERFORMS BEAUTIFULLY ON SET
Good at improv-- In his first acting job, a pilot for the Travel Channel, he was asked to do things he had never done before. He caught on immediately and the producers said he did better than the other dogs.
He has no hangups – he modeled both male and female couture, swimwear, sportswear, and jewelry.
Here’s what the director said of Astro’s recent performance in a short film, “He’s a star! Astro did everything we asked him to, waited patiently while we changed the camera angle for each take and afterwards he was like, ‘OK, I’m ready to go to my trailer now.’” When people watch him they just feel good.
